Responsibilities
Perform as administrator for Build Pro. Assign construction team members to lots when needed; Run and troubleshoot Integration Status Reports; Alert of pending POs and All EPOs not ready and awaiting reconciliation; Complete jobs in Build Pro for closings after 8 months
Track and maintain quarterly rebate reports
Send out trade partner agreements for signature (prepare the excel doc and send via DocuSign)
Maintain Master Subcontract Agreements
New Vendor Setup
Maintain vendor certificates of insurance and communicate requests from Accounting to trades
Document Management on Build Pro and NSE Web
APR Invoice Processing
Perform as liason between Accounts Payable and Trade Partners (AP Lookup and Invoice Management)
Troubleshoot purchase order issues
Any other duties deemed necessary to facilitate purchasing operations
Qualification
Required
A bachelors degree or 5+ years of relevant home builder admin experience
Excellent communication skills
Competent PC skills, particularly with MS Office, Newstar and BuildPro experience is preferred
Ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner with the highest degree of accuracy, judgment, integrity, and creativity
Preferred
Previous experience with Build Pro is a plus
