They are seeking a Personal Development & Client Engagement Specialist to engage with individuals, provide information, and guide next steps using a structured system for communication and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Engaging in warm, professional conversations
Sharing clear information about our programs and next steps (training and scripts provided)
Following a structured system for communication, follow-up, and client engagement
Coordinating next-step appointments and online information sessions where needed
Participating in ongoing training and personal growth (Zoom)
Managing your time independently in a remote setting and staying consistent with weekly activity
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A genuine interest in personal growth and self-development
Reliability, integrity, and professionalism
Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
Comfortable using online systems and digital tools (Zoom, social platforms, basic tracking)
Preferred
Previous experience in coaching, education, health, wellness, marketing, sales, or client-facing roles is helpful but not essential
