Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and audit company-wide ACC standards and change management policies
Create and manage reusable project templates for Project Admins; ensure templates stay current with evolving workflows and best practices
Oversee global permission frameworks, conduct periodic access reviews, and support Project Admins with complex permission issues or escalations
Support internal teams, Project Admins, and external partners; resolve issues related to syncing, mobile access, Bridge sharing, integrations, and data quality
Track system health and user adoption via ACC Insights; produce reports on usage trends, orphaned files, incomplete workflows, and compliance gaps for leadership
Monitor data flows and sync health between ACC and connected systems; escalate and coordinate resolution of integration issues
Maintain the central ACC playbook, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and “how-to” resources used by Project Admins and end users
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud in a multi-project environment
Autodesk configuration experience
Strong understanding of construction and development system requirements (Project Management, Quality Control, Schedule, and Cost Management) and common data environment best practices
Experience managing permissions, standards/templates, and external collaboration (Bridge) across multiple projects or hubs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes and change management policies
