InternDixon Quick Coupling, a division of The Dixon Group, is seeking motivated Manufacturing Engineering Interns to join their Engineering team in Dallas, NC. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, assisting with the development and improvement of manufacturing methods to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility
Create detailed design, manufacturing, and assembly drawings using SolidWorks
Support engineering teams by preparing and presenting project updates, reports, and deliverables
Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to help improve processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
High level of motivation, strong organizational abilities, and solid analytical/technical problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus
