Responsibilities
Analyze live usage and behavior to uncover patterns, friction points, and roadmap signals
Define success metrics for features and releases
Support GTM by assessing data readiness, implementation risks, and launch readiness
Scope practical first-use cases when data is messy or incomplete
Partner with customers on success plans; identify upsell/expansion opportunities from usage data
Translate findings into simple, confident recommendations for cross-team alignment
Qualification
Required
1–4 years in product, analytics, implementation, customer success, or similar
Strong analytical instincts; at ease with imperfect, real data
Ability to explain technical findings clearly and motivate action
Cross-functional experience in fast environments
Good judgment on signal vs. noise
Creative problem-solving within constraints
Preferred
SQL/BI/analytics tool experience is a plus (not required)
