Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and assistance to Law Department colleagues, including rotation reception duties
Phone responsibilities and some reception duties
Electronic Filing with the courts
Processing mail (electronic and paper mail)
Assist with supply orders
New file intake
Ordering/downloading records and dropbox files
Create Documents
Medical record procurement
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Office environment experience is highly desired
Strong customer service background is required
Strong organizational skills, prioritizing, decision making, multitasking, time management, and proactivity
Strong written and oral communication skills (attention to detail, accuracy of data entry)
Accurate typing skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Legal experience is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of legal and medical terminology, local and state rules regarding pleadings and pre-trial matters, deadlines, and filing requirements is a competitive advantage
Experience with medical records collection through subpoenas and/or authorizations is a competitive advantage
Working knowledge of a Case Management system is a competitive advantage
