Experience with a broad range of public company reporting responsibilities with a primary focus on advising on SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K and the company's Proxy Statement
Ability to distinguish between practical, real-world issues and purely academic issues in connection with these responsibilities
Proxy statement and 10-K experience, ideally in a large public company, is required
We are very open to fully remote engagements, however, candidates based in the Chicago-area who are open to 1 day per week on-site would be a huge plus
This engagement will require 30 hours per week during February, and 20 hours per week through the end of May
The selected candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement
Budget will be a key factor here. The client will consider candidates outside of this range, but the target rate is $120 per hour
Candidates must be able to work part-time for 20-30 hours per week. The work will be performed remotely
Preferred
Corporate governance and Board meeting experience would be a plus, but aren't required
