Responsibilities
Deliver technical training and certification for operators, inspectors, and engineers to IPC standards (J-STD-001, 600, 610, 620, 7711/7721) and NASA standards (8739.1, 8739.4)
Serve as the subject matter expert for interpretation and application of industry and workmanship standards
Prepare and maintain workmanship documentation and training materials to ensure compliance and quality
Support engineering teams by providing guidance on standards and best practices for manufacturing and inspection processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in training programs to uphold the highest quality and reliability standards
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in a related Technical Discipline
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Possession of at least one IPC Certification (CIT) and experience certifying operators is a plus
