In this vital role, you'll oversee the full servicing lifecycle of mortgage and consumer loans while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer support. This position plays a central role in monitoring loan performance, managing delinquencies and defaults, and ensuring all activities adhere to federal, state, investor, and company guidelines.

Responsibilities
Oversee the full servicing lifecycle of mortgage and consumer loans
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer support
Act as a key liaison between borrowers, internal departments, and external partners
Help resolve issues, answer inquiries, and maintain high service standards
Monitor loan performance, manage delinquencies and defaults, and ensure adherence to guidelines
Provide leadership and expertise across daily servicing operations, reporting, loss mitigation processes, and workflow coordination
Collaborate closely with teams across the bank
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and investor requirements
Recommend process improvements and support the development of servicing staff
Qualification
Required
Knowledgeable and detail-driven
Experience in overseeing the full servicing lifecycle of mortgage and consumer loans
Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
Exceptional customer support skills
Experience acting as a liaison between borrowers, internal departments, and external partners
Ability to resolve issues and answer inquiries
Experience in monitoring loan performance
Ability to manage delinquencies and defaults
