Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, including creating and managing budgets and ensuring financial responsibility
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive initiatives effectively
Experience in strategic decision-making and problem-solving to address complex challenges and align goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Previous experience as a COO or a similar senior leadership role is highly desirable
