In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience, while managing the sales cycle for Property & Casualty insurance policies.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
Sell personal and commercial Property & Casualty insurance policies
Manage the full sales cycle from quoting to closing
Provide excellent customer service to maintain high retention rates
Cross-sell and re-write policies to maximize client coverage and agency growth
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
Comply with state insurance regulations and agency standards
Qualification
Required
Active Florida 2-20 General Lines (P&C) License
4-40 license
Prior sales experience in personal and/or commercial P&C insurance
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a commission-based environment
Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
