BDC/Internet Sales Representative

Hinderer Motor Company is seeking a BDC/Internet Sales Representative due to their rapid growth. The representative will handle incoming phone calls and internet leads, confirm sales appointments, and perform long-term follow-up on unsold customers.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Keep website up to date with vehicle specifications and availability
Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives
Willingness to learn
High energy level and strong work ethic
Desire to grow through continued training and development
Determination to succeed
Visolutions CRM experience a plus
Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
Previous customer service experience
Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
Professional demeanor and appearance

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation mandatory
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Visolutions CRM experience a plus
Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
Previous customer service experience
Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
Bilingual is a plus!
Automotive Sales Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
