Responsibilities
Manage all new car operations, including inventory management, pricing, and sales performance
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
Partner with finance, service, and marketing departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction
Develop and implement sales and merchandising strategies aligned with manufacturer programs and dealership goals
Utilize data and key performance metrics to make informed decisions that enhance growth and profitability
Maintain a strong focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and promoting long-term loyalty
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in new car operations
Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving volume and gross profit goals
Strong understanding of manufacturer programs, incentives, and dealership sales processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
