Design, build, and optimize manufacturing equipment and processes
Partner with production teams to improve throughput and reliability
Perform root cause analysis on equipment performance and production issues
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Develop workflow layouts, production standards, and efficiency improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (automotive preferred)
Strong experience with battery manufacturing and production equipment
Proficiency in CAD and ability to read engineering drawings
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
