Responsibilities
Edit and retouch a variety of images, including but not limited to product shots, lifestyle images, flatlays, and studio shots, to meet company standards
Collaborate with the photographer, marketing team, and other team members to understand project goals and requirements
Ensure color accuracy, consistency, and overall visual appeal in all edited images
Use industry-standard software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, to enhance images
Manage and organize digital files, maintaining an efficient and well-organized photo library
Keep up to date with industry trends, new editing techniques, and software updates to continually improve the quality of our visual content
Optimize and resize assets to ensure smooth integration across all parts of the brand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
3+ years of professional experience in photo editing
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Portfolio submission required with application
Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing before-and-after examples
Proficiency in photo editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) — knowledge of Helicon is a bonus
Solid understanding of color correction, retouching, and image manipulation techniques
Must have a strong sense of design and aesthetic that can be applied to the fashion/jewelry space
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Must be a team player with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience editing jewelry is a HUGE PLUS
