Management Analyst (Secret Clearance Required)
American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI) is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Management Analyst to provide direct support within the Office of the Secretary of War. In this role, you will facilitate key OSW Leadership initiatives and provide concierge level support to internal and external Bond program participants, ensuring operational efficiencies and success for high-level Department of War leadership.

Responsibilities
Liaise with OSW Leadership, DoW Offices and Components, and other Key Bond program participants as the Team Primary Point of Contact
Oversee, provide Quality Control/Quality Assurance, facilitate, direct, engage and assist in the following support actions:
Prepare draft work products in support of daily operations and meetings
Provide office support requirements such as supply inventory and requests, office machine repair orders, Information Technology (IT) account requests, BOND Member travel reservations, and on-site BOND meeting support
Assist with the processing of security clearances
Assist with the processing of Special Government Employee appointments. The contractor shall review, and file required documents
Interact telephonically, face-to-face, and in writing in a courteous and professional manner, displaying patience and cooperation with private sector senior executives and senior government officials
Assist with administrative operations to ensure they are met in a timely, orderly, and efficient manner. Administrative operations may include, but are not limited to:
Event planning
Event scheduling
Event logistics
Office supply procurement
Phone answering and message taking
Staff binders and contact lists updating
Mail and document delivery and retrieval
Package coordination with FEDEX
Document photocopying and scanning
Copier repair coordination
Calendar updates
Website or SharePoint maintenance
Support onboarding or offboarding of personnel, such as CAC and NIPR account requests, routing security clearance paperwork, routing ethics paperwork, etc
Prepare travel authorizations and vouchers using the Defense Travel System (DTS), exercising professionalism and patience when frequent changes occur
Review all outgoing correspondence for content, grammatical correctness, and established Department of War (DOW) formats
Provide record compliance and other record lifecycle material applicable to existing Federal record policy and legislation, in accordance with the DoW Administrative Instruction 15 and other federal record requirements such as DoW, General Services Administration (GSA) and National Archives and Records Administration (NAR)
All other activities as required or directed in support of OSW initiatives
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree and fifteen (15) years' experience or a Bachelor's Degree and twenty (20) years' experience with relevant professional work efforts, preferably within the OSW or the DoW. Including experience providing professional and analytic deliverables, insights in support of technical, managerial, procedural, project tasks, with at least ten (10) years of direct support to senior level DoW personnel
Active Secret clearance required at date of hire with ability to obtain TS/SCI
Ability to provide on-site support in the Pentagon, Monday through Friday, during core business hours of 8am-4pm with potential shifts in work time based on operational requirements
Prior experience working with and/or supporting senior-level officials and knowledge of the structure and missions of the OSW and the Components
Experience working correspondence management, task assignment and tracking, or Executive Secretariat-like functions in the U.S. government
Preferred
Master's Degree and twenty (20) years' experience or a Bachelor's Degree and twenty-five (25) years' experience with relevant professional work efforts, preferably within the OSW or the DoW. Including experience providing professional and analytic deliverables, insights in support of technical, managerial, procedural, project tasks with at least fifteen (15) years of direct support to senior level DoW personnel
TS/SCI clearance
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
High Emotional Quotient (EQ) with the ability to connect with diverse OSW & DoW audiences including Secretary, Deputy Secretary, other Presidentially Appointed, Senate Confirmed (PAS) Principal Staff Assistants, (PSAs) Flag Officers, SES, GS, and private sector executives
Strong understanding of concierge level support to urgent requirements
Strong people skills with the ability to objectively view requirements and evolve operations to maximize efficiencies
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in unstructured and unconstrained environments
Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Ability to produce quality work independently or in a group setting, provide solutions to customer issues, and solve problems quickly
