Creator Monetization Strategist
G&B Digital Management is a leading talent management firm representing over 100 digital creators across various domains. The Creator Monetization Strategist will manage the Creator Affiliate Program, focusing on building sustainable income for creators through strategic partnerships and optimizing revenue streams.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day operation and long-term growth of the G&B Affiliate Program
Build and maintain custom monetization strategies for each participating creator based on audience behavior, category, and goals
Implement and evolve a tiered revenue structure (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3)
Define minimum performance benchmarks and manage onboarding/offboarding with care and clarity
Lead monthly strategy calls with Executive Director of Studio, talent, managers, and talent to align affiliate strategy with broader brand goals and pitches
Help position creators as trusted curators, not salespeople
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators, this role is highly people-facing
Oversee setup and optimization across affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Amazon, Rakuten, Shopify Collabs, etc.)
Manage link creation, tracking, attribution, and link-in-bio frameworks
Own monthly reporting across all creators: Gross affiliate revenue, Platform and category performance, Conversion insights, Revenue trends and projections
Build and maintain standardized dashboards for talent and internal teams
Use data to refine content strategy, product selection, and seasonal planning
Partner with accounting to ensure clean tracking, reconciliation, and payouts
Manage affiliate revenue flow through G&B aliases or reporting structures
Oversee monthly revenue splits and talent payouts (based on tier structure)
Ensure transparency and clarity in reporting to talent
Help document SOPs for onboarding, tracking, reporting, and offboarding
Continuously improve systems as the program scales
Collaborate with the Creators’ Studio leadership on long-term growth strategy
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience in affiliate marketing, creator monetization, digital commerce, or revenue strategy
Deep understanding of affiliate platforms and creator monetization ecosystems
Experience working directly with creators, talent managers, or influencer teams
Strong analytical skills you're comfortable living in data and translating it into action
Operationally strong: systems, tracking, workflows, and details matter to you
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally (strategy, accounting, talent, legal)
