Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior Configuration Administrator supporting member benefit configuration through design, implementation, execution, and troubleshooting
Act as a subject matter expert for configuration activities on large Government healthcare implementations, including Medicaid programs
Lead and represent the configuration workstream in cross-functional meetings, capturing and documenting business requirements
Build, troubleshoot, and prototype healthcare products while supporting multiple program implementations
Perform data analysis and validation, including cleansing data and developing SQL queries to extract backend information
Document business requirements and process flows, execute system and claims testing, and validate configuration accuracy
Conduct Fit/Gap analysis for new client plans, collaborate with stakeholders on configuration roadmap initiatives, and independently manage work to meet SLAs and performance goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (flexible)
5+ years of experience with the Facets platform, including medical plan benefit configuration, provider network and agreement configuration, and Medicare/Medicaid programs
Hands-on experience with healthcare configuration automation tools and complex system integrations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Technical environment includes Windows-based systems, Facets applications, Oracle SQL for data validation, Facets for claims testing, and proprietary healthcare configuration automation tools
