Responsibilities
Establishing & maintaining productive relationships with various stakeholder groups responsible for the local visitor economy
Overseeing and implementing a range of programs and services that support visitors and strengthen the local tourism industry
Assisting with Destination Master Plan and other related projects on behalf of the organization
Reporting to the President & CEO and assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications as well as the Director of Group Sales with Destination Development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and technically savvy professional
Passion for customer service
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities
Experience in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with various stakeholder groups
Experience overseeing and implementing programs and services that support visitors
Experience strengthening the local tourism industry
Ability to assist with Destination Master Plan and related projects
Ability to work with marketing and communications teams
Ability to assist with Destination Development initiatives
