Responsibilities
Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales Organization on business planning and analytics
Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
Own the AFS headcount strategy by managing the end-to-end headcount process, driving strategic placement decisions, and establishing robust metrics to inform workforce planning and leadership decisions
Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to support the Field Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional partners
Develop and maintain reports, including new product launch dashboards, forecast modeling, and others, often utilizing multiple data sources
Identify and lead initiatives for improving processes
Participate in all team functions and initiatives, actively supporting a positive, collaborative team culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or business support role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel and experience in Tableau, Salesforce, and database management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Results-oriented team player
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
