Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for market‑data requests through the intake queue
Provide high‑quality, timely support to investment professionals, including research assistance, user training, and product evaluations
Build strong relationships with investment professionals, Investment Services, and key stakeholders (e.g., desktop support teams, systems development) to understand evolving data needs
Promote and increase adoption of existing market‑data tools by maintaining consistent communication with end users and gathering feedback on service quality and new vendor offerings
Partner with investment teams and external vendors to secure management approvals for new spend and deliver ad‑hoc cost analyses
Assist investment professionals in defining market‑data requirements and identifying optimal solutions
Provide market‑data guidance, product training, and customization support
Keep internal partners informed of relevant vendor developments and contribute thought leadership on emerging market‑data trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2 years of financial‑services experience or relevant academic background
Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
Curiosity and willingness to learn market‑data tools and investment applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and research skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Sound judgment, problem‑solving abilities, and effective conflict‑resolution skills
Experience supporting product evaluations, spend analysis, or vendor interactions is a plus
Ability to collaborate with internal partners (investment teams, vendor relations, legal, risk, compliance) on contract renewals and vendor management processes
