Responsibilities
Design and implement AI solutions integrated with Azure and/or AWS with a focus on security and scalability
Build and optimize end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deployment
Fine-tune foundation models and/or train custom LLMs; integrate LLMs into enterprise applications
Develop Generative AI solutions using frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
Apply secure-by-design software development practices and perform performance evaluations of models and pipelines
Implement MLOps practices including containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Mentor peers and contribute to research, pilots, and innovation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years, or Master's degree with 1+ year in AI/ML-focused development
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning; frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services on Azure and/or AWS
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and MLOps/DevOps practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience with Kubernetes or advanced orchestration
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / Power Platform
Background in secure or regulated environments
