Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction and C&Q activities for dark utilities systems
Oversee electrical, lighting, BMS, chilled water, cooling tower, and steam utility qualification
Coordinate closely with construction and C&Q teams to align scope and deliverables
Manage and drive performance of multiple contractors and vendors
Participate in technical and project leadership meetings
Ensure utilities meet project, regulatory, and quality requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with dark utilities in regulated environments
Proven C&Q experience for dark utilities
Strong Project Management experience on large, multi-vendor projects
Hands-on experience with electrical power systems, lighting, and building management systems (BMS)
Experience with cooling towers and chilled water loops
Experience with steam systems for facility heating (non-clean steam)
Ability to manage 10–15 contractors simultaneously
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, chemical, or power plant environments
