Clinical Associate

Aspire Living & Learning is dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals across New England and Maryland for over 40 years. They are seeking a Clinical Associate responsible for managing an assigned caseload and implementing support systems, including Positive Behavior Intervention and Support. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Stays current with trends in the field and ensures that best practices are implemented
Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to ensure Aspire’s standards, best practice standards, and regulatory standards are met. It is essential that the BCBA participates in agency wide, state specific and stakeholder committees as assigned
Depending on service provision standards, may have oversight of other areas, including behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices, such as seclusions or environmental restrictions
Completes assessments and related requirements in compliance with the service provision cycle for individuals on the respective caseload

Required

Bachelor's Degree in related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education)
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Computer skills
Must have satisfactory background checks
Enrolled in coursework to pursue clinical licensure in a relevant field
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
