Responsibilities
Make an introductory call to clients within 24 hours, ensuring quick and effective communication
Review and complete case documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders to facilitate case progress
Keep clients updated regularly and maintain detailed notes throughout the claims process
Manage serious injury cases and pre-procedure evaluations, working closely with attorneys and clients
Resolve problems and guide clients through the complexities of personal injury claims
Assist with case negotiations and ensure clients’ needs are met promptly
Always maintain professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the claims process
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with empathy and compassion
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and efficiency
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Litify case management software
A professional demeanor with a focus on meeting or exceeding goals
A team player with the ability to work independently
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
