They are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Aptean Food & Beverage ERP, overseeing the delivery of a production-ready solution while driving standardization and user adoption across various functions.

Responsibilities
Own overall ERP project delivery, including scope, schedule, quality, risks, and dependencies
Develop and manage the project charter, workplan, risk and issue tracking, and change control processes
Lead recurring working sessions and executive‑level steering updates
Manage systems integrator and vendor relationships, including statements of work, deliverables, and performance
Assess and rationalize existing manual and off‑system processes
Facilitate future‑state workshops aligned to ERP best practices
Document standardized, ERP‑aligned workflows with clear acceptance criteria
Define cross‑functional roles and responsibilities (RACI)
Support development of SOPs and work instructions using consistent documentation standards
Define master data standards (items, vendors, customers, locations, quality attributes)
Establish data migration quality thresholds and reconciliation procedures
Plan and execute multiple mock conversions prior to go‑live
Develop test scripts and manage UAT execution with business stakeholders
Track and resolve defects to defined entry and exit criteria
Plan and lead cutover rehearsals and production go‑live
Oversee post‑go‑live stabilization and transition to internal support teams
Translate business requirements into ERP configurations and role‑based dashboards
Configure role centers and exception‑based management views
Develop and deliver training plans across functional groups
Measure adoption and support continuous improvement post‑deployment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations in small to mid-sized manufacturing environments
Demonstrated success transitioning organizations from manual or spreadsheet-based processes to ERP systems
Strong Food & Beverage domain expertise, including: Lot traceability and recalls, COA enforcement, Shelf-life and FIFO controls, GS1-based receiving and quality holds
Hands-on experience with Aptean Food & Beverage ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience supporting both manufacturing and service-based operations
Vendor and systems integrator management experience
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with intercompany structures and system integrations (TMS, API, EDI)
