Responsibilities
Lead, structure, and scale the IT organization, including team development and vendor management
Partner closely with executive leadership to translate business needs into technology strategy
Own the full enterprise technology stack, including ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and operational systems
Oversee data architecture, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making
Evaluate, select, and implement new systems and tools end-to-end
Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of network and infrastructure environments
Establish IT governance, processes, controls, and best practices
Balance modernization initiatives with day-to-day operational stability
Lead change management and user adoption across the organization
Manage IT budgets, roadmaps, and external partners
Qualification
Required

Proven people leader with experience building and motivating teams
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-evolving environments
Ability to lead both transformation and stabilization efforts
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership roles
Demonstrated success scaling IT capabilities in complex, multi-location environments
Ability to travel up 25%
Preferred
Experience leading IT in a distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred
Deep understanding of ERP platforms and enterprise systems integration
Experience with CRM, eCommerce, and customer-facing technologies
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals
Working knowledge of data, analytics, and emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools)
Hands-on experience with system design, implementation, and optimization
Experience in private equity–backed, growth-stage, or transformation-driven organizations strongly preferred
NetSuite experience preferred
