This role requires deep architectural expertise across Salesforce core technologies and the ability to guide teams through complex, enterprise-scale implementations.

Responsibilities
Architect and oversee the implementation of sophisticated AI-driven intelligent agents using Salesforce Agentforce
Serve as the lead technical architect on high-visibility, enterprise Salesforce projects within the retail domain
Guide development teams through complex full-stack Salesforce implementations including:
Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async Processing)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flows and Orchestration
Design and implement advanced AI orchestration frameworks, integrating Agentforce with Salesforce data and processes
Define end-to-end solution architecture, including data models, integration patterns, security, and governance
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate retail use cases into scalable technical solutions
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and coding standards
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for onshore/offshore teams
Support release planning, deployment strategies, and post-production optimization
Qualification
Required
12+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and development
Strong expertise in Agentforce and AI-powered agent implementations
Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and platform automation
Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with complex business logic
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, intelligent agents, and orchestration patterns
Strong experience with Salesforce security, data modeling, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA – a plus)
Experience in the retail domain (customer engagement, order management, personalization, service automation)
Exposure to Einstein, AI integrations, or external AI services
Experience leading multi-team, large-scale Salesforce implementations
