Responsibilities

Read and understand electrical AutoCAD wiring schematics thoroughly for BW clients
Complete control panel independently from start to finish
Operate all shop equipment proficiently as needed for a required job
Proficiently prepare wire labels and chicklets
Proficient with all BW procedures
Work at a client site when needed
Ability to independently build complex control panels
Ability to lead a project when necessary
Proficient using all hand tools in order to complete panel building work
Proficient using the following skills to execute your assigned work tasks:
Ability to use email
Label printing software
Follow directions
Ask questions
Ability to read and understand wiring schematics
Learn and follow BW quality standards for building control panels
Other duties as assigned
