InternLEXR is a fast-growing law firm focused on the innovation ecosystem. The Working Student will support notarial matters, drive legal operations, work directly with clients, and contribute to legal tech projects.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Support notarial matters, including the preparation, coordination and follow-through of notarial certifications (especially incorporations, capital increases and other corporate law processes)
Drive legal operations by handling and tracking corporate housekeeping processes
Work directly with clients to ensure smooth execution of ongoing matters and proactive day-to-day coordination
Collaborate closely with legal experts across all of Switzerland, as well as colleagues in Germany and the US
Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with our product and tech team to help automate and digitalise legal workflows
Qualification
Required
law student
full proficiency in German & English
willingness to take ownership
BLaw / BLE student (3rd semester or higher)
strong interest in corporate law
detail-orientation and organisational skills
physical presence in St.Gallen
a proactive mindset and curiosity to learn
Preferred
French is a strong plus
strong interest in technology and digital business models
previous work experience in a law firm / with a notary
demonstrable capacity for working independently
ability to integrate AI tools in your workflow
