Sterling Seacrest Pritchard is seeking a Client Service Executive (CSE) to serve as an advisor and consultant for clients in the Employee Benefits domain. The CSE will manage a book of business, develop strategic solutions for client needs, and maintain relationships with insurance carriers while ensuring high service standards.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business
Develop strategic solutions for client benefit needs
Participate in or conduct on-side meetings, annual reviews, marketing/renewals, and open enrollments
Educate clients on Compliance topics (DOL, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
Maintain carrier relationships
Lead marketing efforts and plan implementation for new business and renewals
Prepare and present analysis for renewal and marketing results
Support the preparation of enrollment materials and presentations
Prepare case for submission, master applications, and rates and benefit confirmation to carrier
Provide post enrollment analysis and support to client
Oversee set up and maintenance of benefit administration systems
Oversee client communications
Delegate tasks to support staff
Inform and educate clients on SSP’s value-added services and programs
Support the maintenance of client information in Agency Management System

Qualification

Required

4-6 years of experience
Active Life and Health licensing in resident state required
Complete knowledge of current marketplace and underwriting methodologies
Time management and workflow prioritization
Proactive problem solving
