Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual to automatic production lines as assigned
Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes and SOPs to produce edible products including gummies, hard candies and baked goods
Record all packaging and production activity as directed to ensure all activities are accounted for such as batch processing, cleaning, cooking time, temperatures, waste log etc
Meet packaging and production goals set
Responsible for maintaining all equipment used in good working condition
Report any equipment, product, health, and safety issues to leadership
Ensure product is packaged and labeled accurately and in compliance with regulations
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
Ensure that assigned areas and equipment are clean and sanitized at all times
Adhere to all standard operating procedures, kitchen hygiene, food safety guidelines and the highest standard of compliance
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 21 years of age
2+ years experience in manufacturing
Maricopa County Food Handler's Card
