Mid LevelConfidential company is seeking a Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to support the training implementation of department training modules. The role involves analyzing client functionality to develop and deliver classroom and eLearning courses, working closely with various teams to design training materials and facilitate effective training sessions for employees.

Responsibilities
Analyze the client functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses to support system implementation
Work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, as well as the Development Team and other subject matter experts to understand requirements
Design training and develop course materials
Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts
Maintain/revise training materials for instructional training of adult learners
Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees who oversee and administer departmental programs
Qualification
Required
Experience in training and content development
Ability to analyze client functionality
Experience in developing and delivering classroom facilitator-led learning solutions
Experience in creating eLearning courses
Ability to work closely with Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, Development Team, and subject matter experts
Experience in designing training and developing course materials
Experience in developing and maintaining Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts
Ability to maintain/revise training materials for instructional training of adult learners
Experience in providing effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training
Ability to train employees at all levels who oversee and administer departmental programs
Benefits
Travel expenses are reimbursed using the state's protocol for submitting expenses after travel.
Per diem is paid directly to the contractor.
Most hotel expenses are direct billed through the state.
