Responsibilities
Ensure all loads are billed out in a timely manner. Report any problems uncovered in the process as related to loading or delivery errors
Distribute paperwork to customers via email, direct uploading, fax or mailing
Ensure proper use of resources weather internal or external
Assist with incident investigation of delivery issues as reported by customers
Develop relationships with customers in all areas, be proactive to help them
Work with Supply interruptions to provide information necessary for customers to be able to recover any additional costs incurred
General knowledge of Quickbooks
Compile & enter fuel receipts from drivers and track miles driven
Qualification
Required
