Financial Operations Analyst - Hybrid

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support their Asset Based Lending loan portfolios. This critical hybrid role involves financial analysis of client collateral, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Inventory, to determine lending eligibility and ensure data integrity across technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Determine eligible client collateral (Accounts Receivable and Inventory) in strict accordance with the Credit Agreement terms
Review and understand client trends related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory collateral levels
Identify and escalate potential risk items within client loan support documentation
Extract, format, and upload client report data efficiently using technology tools for multiple lending lines of business
Review client file submissions for completeness and assess file formats against predetermined system requirements
Create and update formulas within the data extraction tool used to upload client files to the analytical application
Collaborate with internal Servicing Partners to ensure correct data extraction
Effectively communicate detailed analysis and findings to business partners and clients
Coordinate the receipt of missing or incomplete client documentation with internal Servicing partners

Advanced Microsoft ExcelFinancial AnalysisLoan Document ReviewTechnology ProficiencyCommunication

Required

Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience: Proven ability to handle large datasets, utilize complex formulas, and format data for analysis
Loan Document Review Experience: Practical experience reviewing and interpreting loan support documentation or related financial agreements
Financial/Technology Focus: A background demonstrating significant experience in Financial Analyst roles and familiarity with technology platforms used for data analysis. Candidates with less extensive mortgage-specific experience are preferred
Strong Communication: Superior oral and written communication skills for articulating analysis to partners and clients
