Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound business inquiries (phone, e-commerce, digital channels)
Build trust and rapport with potential clients while identifying their business needs
Communicate IdeaTek’s services and value clearly and confidently
Recommend tailored broadband solutions and guide leads through the sales process
Follow up consistently to drive conversions and maintain positive relationships
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on IdeaTek’s services and offerings
Track and manage all lead activity using our CRM system
Keep records accurate and up to date throughout the sales process
Monitor conversion rates and identify areas for improvement
Follow best practices to optimize inbound sales workflows
Share insights to improve inbound strategy and lead generation effectiveness
Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in sales or customer service, especially roles requiring strong communication and relationship-building
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfort working in CRM systems to manage leads and track progress
Excellent phone and digital communication skills
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and ability to manage multiple leads at once

Preferred

5+ years in an inbound sales role, ideally in telecommunications or a similar industry
Experience converting leads in a high-volume, inbound environment
Familiarity with modern CRMs and digital sales tools
A proven track record of exceeding sales or conversion goals
Understanding of common business pain points and how broadband solutions address them
