CRH is a diversified company committed to the safety and development of its employees. They are seeking a Credit Collections Specialist to perform a variety of credit, collection, and customer service tasks, including processing credit applications and maintaining credit files.

Responsibilities

Processing and soliciting credit applications dealing with investigation and inquiries

Will maintain credit files, make collection calls and file liens

Will perform customer service both over the phone and in person

Will perform credit adjustments incorporating all appropriate paperwork

Assist the credit department with other duties as assigned per supervisor

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Experience in a related field is a plus

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Ability to write correspondence

Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have knowledge of Database software

Customer service skills are mandatory
