They are seeking an Office Manager responsible for the profit/loss of the office, personnel recruitment, and financial management, among other managerial duties.

Full responsibility for the profit/loss of the office, including all service lines
Department Managers within the office will report directly to the Office Manager
Personnel recruitment
Management and training of employees
Financial management, marketing and business development
Managerial and administrative duties required for developing and growing an office
You will be expected to be a self-starter with strong marketing and business development skills, have a ‘roll up your sleeves' mentality to get things done, and be a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work
You will be tasked with getting the firm's name out in the marketplace
Qualification
Required

BS in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required
10 - 15 years of consulting experience related to building envelopes, engineering design or inspection
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience in consulting and/or with a consulting firm is required
Preferred
MS degree preferred
