Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
Lead process characterization, DOE, and IQ/OQ/PQ validations
Drive yield, cost, and quality improvements during development and launch
Provide DFM input to R&D and support NPI and manufacturing transfer
Author technical protocols, reports, and present at design reviews
Support technology development and train manufacturing teams
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering (ME, BME, ChE, EE or similar)
4+ years in Process Development, Manufacturing, or Product Engineering
Experience in regulated manufacturing (medical device preferred)
Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
