Responsibilities

Lead large-scale modernization initiatives, including AI and automation projects

Drive cross-division collaboration and stakeholder alignment

Establish and enforce standardized PMO practices, governance, and reporting

Qualification

Required

8+ years of IT Program Management experience

Proven delivery of complex programs with $10M+ budgets

Strong command of PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting

Experience with AI, automation tools, and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma)

Advanced skills in MS Project, MS Office, and Visio

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills

Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable program plans

Preferred

Experience supporting C-suite or executive sponsors

Dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
