Weight Operations Technical Analysts (Associate or Mid-Level)
The Boeing Company is hiring a Weight Operations Technical Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to support initiatives within the Weight Operations Team in Everett, Washington. This role involves managing and analyzing weight data for commercial airplane programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize aircraft performance.

Responsibilities
Develops inventory equipment lists, conducts inventories, weighs aircraft, determines center of gravity of aircraft and documents results
Prepares Chapter 2 of the Weight and Balance Manual
Balances flight control surfaces
Develops standard flight load planning and helps direct airplane loading of variable load elements
Assists in the inspection of aircraft to calculate effects of actual weight and location of variable load elements on airplane gross weight and center of gravity and prepares flight manifests for pilot's signatures and flight release
Weighs and determines the centers of gravity of components and assemblies
Resolves routine problems with equipment, components and weighing systems
Works under general supervision
Ability to work 3rd shift Wednesday through Sunday
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience with technical analysis
1+ years of experience in weighing aircraft
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Preferred
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Associates degree or higher
Experience with aircraft weight and center of gravity estimation, calculation, verification and statistical analysis
Experience in Process management
Experience in Loadmaster training
