Responsibilities
Serve as a key ambassador for Fidelity’s customer protection program, delivering compelling presentations to clients, advisors, and industry audiences on cybersecurity, fraud, privacy, and AI
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to drive program adoption and demonstrate its impact on mitigating cyber risk
Represent Fidelity in external forums and webinars delivering clear and engaging presentations that highlight the program’s benefits and Fidelity’s commitment to helping clients strengthen their cybersecurity resilience
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the program offerings, including assessments, training, and awareness initiatives
Shape and contribute to educational materials—including articles, toolkits, and alerts—that reinforce Fidelity’s commitment to cyber resilience
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or a related domain recommended, with at least 5 years in a leadership or client-facing role
Prior experience in the financial services and cybersecurity and/or technology risk management a plus
Professional certification (CISSP, CISA, or equivalent) expected
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging, high-impact presentations to executive-level audiences and large groups
A highly motivated and proactive mindset with the willingness to take ownership and lead
