Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support to multiple pain management clinic locations
Serve as a key point of contact between clinic staff, office managers, and the central operations team
Assist with day-to-day clinic operations, workflows, and process improvements
Support onboarding, training coordination, and compliance-related tasks
Track operational metrics, assist with reporting, and help identify areas for improvement
Help troubleshoot operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately
Support special projects as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or clinical operations role
Experience working in a medical office or multi-site healthcare environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Preferred
Familiarity with EClinicalWorks (ECW) or similar EMR systems preferred
Pain management or specialty clinic experience is a plus, but not required
