Warehouse Coordinator

Switchyards is the world’s first neighborhood work club, creating places for productive work. The Warehouse Coordinator will manage the day-to-day flow of incoming and outgoing FF&E for club launches, ensuring projects are organized and ready.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling and receiving of shipments
Unpack and inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition
Pull FF&E for launches and organize in designated project areas
Transport materials between the warehouse, studio, and shop
Maintain accurate inventory levels and tracking of FF&E
Keep the warehouse organized by ensuring proper storage and accessibility for furniture, materials, and equipment
Clean, repair, and prep FF&E for launches
Perform minor electrical work, including lamp repairs (bonus skill!)
Assist with mock-ups and staging
Support the Launch Team, studio, and shop with pick-ups and project needs
Pitch in on special projects

Required

Experience in warehouse, storage, facilities, operations, or similar roles
Local, in-person role with 32-40 hours of warehouse coverage per week in Cabbagetown, Atlanta
Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, ladders, drills, and other basic tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid Georgia driver's license with a squeaky-clean driving record (no points or DUIs)
General repair skills and comfort with hands-on work
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
A working knowledge of warehouse operations, receiving, stocking, and processing
An obsessive love of organization and logistics
A sharp eye for detail
Flexibility
Strong time management
Basic knowledge of warehouse tools and equipment
