Guide hiring managers and People teams on how to attract and retain top talent, sharing industry trends, compensation insights, and best practices
Manage full recruiting lifecycle for Fashion & Design roles, from understanding position requirements to developing innovative sourcing strategies that reach creative talent pools
Use data analytics and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies, identify talent gaps, and provide actionable recommendations
Source, engage, and present qualified candidates for interviews, ensuring a strong match with Walmart’s brand and design vision. Facilitate feedback, offer negotiations, and communicate decisions to all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the Fashion & Design industry
Ability to guide hiring managers and People teams on attracting and retaining top talent
Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle
Proficiency in using data analytics and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies
Strong skills in sourcing, engaging, and presenting qualified candidates
Ability to facilitate feedback, offer negotiations, and communicate decisions to stakeholders
