Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business to grow the customer base
Conduct cold calls, networking, referrals, and social media outreach
Engage prospects via inside sales techniques to generate leads
Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to secure new business
Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular contact and follow-up
Communicate customer feedback and issues to management
Meet or surpass targets for prospecting calls, proposals, and closing deals
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue
Track and report sales activity daily, weekly, and monthly
Qualification
Required
6 months to 2 years of new business transportation or logistics sales experience
Proven success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
Ability to run Zoom meetings using MS Office tools
Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
