Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities
Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver high-quality solutions
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver quality work and address project limitations and risks early
Manage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients
Configure and customize Salesforce.com core products (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds)
Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy
Guide testing approaches for internal quality assurance and user acceptance
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, methodologies, and tools relevant to the Salesforce ecosystem
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, focusing on core cloud implementations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience
Strong business acumen, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relational skills
Aptitude for using technology and data
Preferred
In-depth technical expertise in the Salesforce platform
Proficiency with Salesforce Flows and advanced automation
Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects with multiple workstreams
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, website, and experience design concepts and methodologies
Knowledge of core business concepts like lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle management, and revenue operations
