Experienced Accounting Specialist
TEMSA North America, Inc. is a subsidiary of TEMSA, one of the world’s leading automotive companies. They are seeking an Experienced Accounting Specialist to manage vendor accounts, prepare payments, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain vendor accounts in compliance with 1099 reporting requirements
Prepare weekly vendor payment lists, format, and import into banking system
Review parts inventory invoices against receiving in Karmak; notate and resolve discrepancies
Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations
Update assets & inventory accounts as needed
Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax Returns in accordance with state and local laws
Conduct quarterly ERP sales tax rate reviews for accuracy
Assist with the preparation of audit and corporate tax documentation
Prepare and send warranty and intercompany statements to TUA
Renew annual state reports where required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
3–5 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage 50, or similar)
Experience with Sales & Use Tax filing and 1099 preparation
Proficient Excel skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
