Required

8+ years of progressive experience in EPC projects, including leading large, complex, or multidisciplinary projects
Proven experience managing all EPC phases—engineering, procurement, and construction—with strong financial, schedule, and quality outcomes
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and manage contractual and commercial responsibilities
Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools and familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., OSHA 30-hour)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related Engineering degree equivalent preferred
Travel 30% or as needed, by air and ground
