Responsibilities

Engineer and launch new machining, assembly, and finishing processes that strengthen performance, reliability, and efficiency
Lead Process FMEA and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring new manufacturing processes are robust and production ready
Own the development and improvement of procedures, standards, and documentation that support quality execution across all engineering and production processes
Collaborate closely with design, operations, sales, and program management teams to support product development and new product introductions
Champion continuous improvement by documenting, tracking, and driving closure on process issues, while preparing reports and clear communication to stakeholders
Partner with suppliers to source equipment and tooling, supporting negotiations, specifications, and standards for CNC, PLC, and tooling design

Required

10+ years experience in a manufacturing environment required

Preferred

Bachelors or Masters degree in mechanical engineering preferred
Experience as a manager highly desired
Detailed understanding of diagnostic, product test, failure analysis and debug techniques
